How building works in Saudi Arabia
The route, in four steps.
- Design. Architectural, structural and MEP drawings prepared to the Saudi Building Code (SBC) by a licensed engineering office.
- Permit. The design office files the application on Balady — the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing's platform — where it is checked against the code and reviewed by the municipality.
- Supervision. A supervising engineering office and a contractor are named in the permit; the supervisor inspects each stage and reports it.
- Completion. The occupancy (completion) certificate is issued through the supervising office once the construction reports are complete.

Based in Al Khobar, working across the Kingdom.
Our office is in Al Khobar, and most of our work is in the Eastern Province: Al Khobar, Dammam, Dhahran, Jubail, Qatif, Saihat, Ras Tanura. We also take projects in Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, with design delivered remotely and site visits scheduled in the contract.
